My Comment: A really good prequel to the Narnia series, although it’s only until right at the end where you get to learn a few (cool) connections. The first half of the book takes a bit of a detour with the ‘real’ story of Narnia being created happening later. This particular concept of multiple worlds and how it’s all connected was interesting, I particularly loved the idea of the Wood Between the Worlds. There are a few mystical, magical and fantastical events that are bursting with wonder.
