My Comments: The stories and techniques Sakura uses to capture the Clow Cards in this volume are theoretically superior to the first volume. That said, the weird stuff start to happen in this volume, where Sakura’s rival, Li, appears, and appearing more than just the Clow Cards rival, supposedly love rivals too, apparently Li likes Tsukishiro. Then there’s Sakura’s friend Tomoyo liking her, and then there’s Rika with her love for a teacher. Anyway, ignoring all that, I liked the Sword Card and Shadow Card story arc, the Flower Card arc was a bit disappointing, but overall, the volume is still enjoyable.
